Personal biography

Isabelle is currently a clinical master’s-level counseling student at Northwestern University. She has experience working with a diverse population of individuals, families, and groups, helping them overcome challenges, build resilience, and improve their overall mental health and well-being.

Isabelle is especially passionate about supporting children and adolescents by promoting their well-being, safety, and success, while also working collaboratively with families. She utilizes evidence-based treatment planning and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Through these approaches, Isabelle helps clients develop practical skills, strengthen coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence while providing a consistent and supportive presence.
